Tarek leads the firm's valuation, transaction, and strategic advisory practice. He brings over 23 years of professional experience in corporate valuation, financial feasibility studies, and M&A advisory, advising local, regional, and international clients since 2004.
Throughout his career, Tarek has led and reviewed a wide range of governance-sensitive engagements involving boards of directors, shareholders, regulators, financial institutions, and investors. His work focuses on providing independent financial analysis supporting regulatory processes, complex transactions, and board-level decision-making.
His experience covers multiple sectors, including real estate and hospitality, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, financial services, energy, education, and industrials.

Ahmed has over 24 years of experience across investment banking, corporate finance advisory, and financial consulting in the Middle East and North Africa region. His experience covers valuation advisory, financial restructuring, investment structuring, and feasibility studies across a broad range of sectors.
Throughout his career, Ahmed has led and supervised numerous advisory assignments involving independent valuation analyses and financial feasibility assessments in support of investment decisions, restructuring initiatives, and corporate transactions. At Graviton Financial Advisory, he contributes to the oversight and execution of valuation and corporate finance engagements, supporting assignments that require structured financial analysis and professional judgment.
